Promoting positive mental health
The course focuses on mindfulness and self-compassion practices for children, using fun, creative and child-friendly methods.
Cope with difficult emotions
Mindfulness techniques teach children how to understand and deal with difficult emotions, while promoting self-confidence and self-esteem.
Techniques used
Techniques used during the sessions include meditation, breathing exercises, body scans, self awareness, spatial awareness and coping strategies.
